Interesting how they said lowered ticket prices made it less attractive to visit. Disney has this working for them for the most part. Besides the fatties on scooters the people at disney are for the most part good family people.

My most Vivid memory of ASTROworld circa 1985 or so. I was about 11 years old. The screaming shits hit me shortly after we got there. It was July and about 500 degrees on the concrete. I never took shits outside of my own house but this was something quite unusual and had a mind of its own. It was becoming increasingly apparent I wasn't going to have any say in the matter of if or when.

I entered one of the sweltering concrete bathrooms packed with amigos. I went into the stall and it was like the bathroom on trainspotting only worse. I left and waited for another stall. The bladder pressure was becoming an insurmountable force the hoover dam couldn't contain. This stall was the same condition as the first but there was no time. I ripped all of the tp out of the box I could and did a fast as lightening wipe down then and then just as I was unbuttonning and dropping the drawers a rush of shite with the power of niagra falls came spewing out just as I landed on the seat. It was the most euphoric feeling I've ever experienced to this day.

Orlando in the summer is hottest place on earth

I’ve been to Florida in the summer. And I’ve been to San Antonio in July. I think Sea World at San Antonio in July is the hottest place.

Sure. It was no big deal to ride a 10-speed from the old Afton Village apartments. Stop at the YMCA on Bellaire (no longer there) to relax a bit. Or sometimes go by the Shamrock hotel to cool off in the lobby. It wasn't like we rode non-stop each time.

Maybe incomprehensible for a fatty like you, but whatever you wanna think.

Good point but it is splitting hairs. Both heat indexes are 100+ all summer. Both suck

There was always the water slide at Surfside Beach or you high class folks could go to Sea-arama in Galveston.
