For money - they very rarely have to pay out on them cause today's products generally don't fail during the plans lifetime. Say no thank you with confidence and move on.

I get it at Harbor Freight for air tools and such. Figure the extra $24 or so is worth it when saving hundreds on the tool.

It's a racket. I needed a cheap blender the other day and stopped by the local Walmarks and got the cheapest one they had. I did the self checkout deal and even it tried to sell me a protection plan for $2.00. The blender was $17.89.

How is best buy still in business?
Believe it or not, many of us like to try out electronics or actually get them when we want them instead of waiting four days to a week for processing and shipping. I know, right?
