I always went for the slender athletic hardbody girls. Of course general body shape is genetic, but gymnastics, dance, and other athletics from an early age can wonderfully enhance it.
While the percentage of girls who are overweight/inactive is deplorable, there are still lots of gems out there. OP is just in the wrong place, or has weird taste in arse.

I wouldn't say that LIFTS are the ONLY way. Gymnastics and ballet can get similar results, with the added benefit that the she can stand on one foot and put the other one 180 degrees over her head.

Hilary Duff's arse isnt even that good. She just knows the right kind of pants to wear. Some women cant figure this out. You get in the right pair of pants or underwear or bathing suit, and you can enhance your arse 10 fold. Duff's arse would look meh naked, but in those pants, its attractive.
