Why do some public restrooms have 2 entrance doors?

You go in the first door, there is a little lobby like place about 5 feet square, and then a 2nd door for the main room.

So someone passing by the door can't see someone's pee pee or woo woo while they're hitching up their drawers.

Added privacy is my guess. My office's bathrooms are designed like this. It makes it more awkward to enter and exit. Easy to run into people trying leave. Also, the little room is smaller than 5 feet. Maybe more like 3 feet before the next door.

Air barrier. This is why some buildings have vestibules too. So the heat or cool doesn't get sucked straight out. I think it's like air curtain for pest too.
