It is a clear violation of someone's freedom to be exposed to another's smoke of anything (when the person doesn't choose to be around it).
Cigarette smokers are the worst. Not all of them, but look at all the cigarette butts they inconsiderately throw all over the place. It's fricking disgusting. Mulch beds, lawns, parking lots, they are all over and I'm sick of seeing them. It's an awful habit that's an all-around negative to me, but if people REALLY want to do that, then at least don't expose others to the harmful smoke.

I felt the same way...when I was 14 and had to go home with a dad in law enforcement. Even if I didn't smoke, and he would believe me, he would still be pissed I was hanging with them.
