Yeah, I gotta disagree with you on that one. This is not what "everyone" already does. I was out in Austin a few weeks ago and there were people smoking all over the place. Went to New Orleans last weekend and it was the same thing. There are plenty of people who aren't worried in the least about the law.
I am not worried about inhaling second-hand smoke; I just don't want to smell it at all, the same way I don't want to smell cigarette smoke. The fact that there are actually people trying to say that marijuana smoke doesn't stink is plain laughable

I smell way more weed wondering around Louisiana than in Colorado. You know, because you can easily get it in edible form or in vape cartages that don't have a smell to them. There's enough demand to support three dispensaries in a town under 10K in population, so it's not like it isn't because it is not around.
