I sold my car because I moved to an area where owning a car is very expensive and parking is at an absolute premium, and we rely heavily on public transportation.
I generally use my feet to get to work, but if I leave super late, I'll use a ride share to guarantee that I get home safely and more quickly.
Also, the weather is garbage up here a lot of the time, and Uber and Lyft are cheap.
