while you suck on your starbucks supersized latte on your way to work judging others drink choice, are you THAT stupid not to know the caffeine in soda is equal to coffee?

most non coffee drinkers choose a soda as an alternate form of caffeine boost to help wake them up in the mornings.

When I worked night shift, the first thing I wanted when I woke up in the afternoon was Coca-Cola. Thinking about it now, I do remember that a while later I really felt bad. Probably was the drop in blood sugar due to the Coke. Years later diagnosed with hyper-insulinism, better know as hypoglycemia. Every time I consume too much sugar, which is pretty rare now.

Without a doubt.

A soda is far down the list of what I want when I wake up hungover.

Well when you eat a 2000 calorie meal, the drink choice matters very little. It’s just lagniappe

That’s a pretty terrible way to look it at. 3 12oz cokes a day is 450 calories. Over a year that’s over 160000 calories

So about 50lbs of fat a year

You worrying about all of this is probably causing you to have high blood pressure. Going on about something like this can't be good for your health.

YOU are going to cost us all, when you have that heart attack caused by being so uptight.

And if you eat 2-3 2000 calorie meals, that’s upwards of 6000 a day or 2.19 MILLION calories a year.

3 cokes a day would be 7.5% of your caloric intake.

Sorry, I was a little tired. Spent 3 hours in the middle of the night putting a lady’s face back together that another harmless pit bull had ripped off.

this is so stupid...what about the people living 90-100 years? they cost us $ also

that is fairly assinine reasoning there. So supporting people while they make horrible decisions = supporting those who have lived a full healthy life?

I don’t drink coffee, I drink 1 Diet Coke a day in the morning for just a little caffeine to get me going. Also McDonald’s fountain drinks are awesome, I wish I had time to stop and get one of those every morning.
