I don't finalize the sale unless the decal is removed and my chrome "LSU Tigers" license plate frame is already around the temp plate.

Why do you care what other people do with their cars or their money?

I hate it too.. purchased my last vehicle from Carmax, found the vehicle i wanted on their website in Houston, bought a one way ticket from NOLA to get it and drive it back..good experience overall, but as we were finalizing the paperwork, the guy told me they’re were cleaning and detailing the vehicle, and i said ‘By the way, go ahead and remove the Carmax decal from the back panel for me’.. ‘Ok’ he said.. got in about a half hour later, got on i10, then halfway home, stopped for gas in Jennings, La, and noticed they left the decal still on.

Well, at least i tried.

this, when I was young and full of piss and vinegar, I'd make a point of having all of that shite removed before I drove off of the lot, now I don't even notice, just walked outside to check the two vehicles in the driveway, both have dealer plate holders, old lady's car has a chrome looking plastic sticker with dealer's name on it, irregardless, I just could care less anymore

I like the dealership from which I purchased my vehicle.

I want them to stay in business.

They provide great customer service.

So why didn't they? Too much of a pussy to ask them?

You act like people won’t know your car is a Honda if you remove the Honda decals

Because one of the funniest things I've seen was a Bubba Oustalet decal on a car in front of me in Douala, Cameroon.

Why do people leave stealership plate frames and decals on their cars? Why do people give stealerships free advertising? We bought a new Honda earlier this year, first thing to go was the license plate frames and we removed the decal. They should be taking $1-2k off asking price for me to keep it on.

Well, since you actually bought the vehicle from this particular dealership, presumptively they did something causing you to doso. Either price, service, or whatever the reason being, a shithead would then go out of their way to not help them out. Its called relationships you clock puncher.

I bought a truck from a New Iberia Ford dealer years ago right before I moved to FL, left that sticker on the truck, tuned out to be sort of a conversation piece, got a lot of attention when Louisiana people would see it, sold it to some old baw a couple of years later and I'd see that truck all over town

Bentley dealerships are not trashy enough to put advertising on the car.

Drives me nuts. Car dealerships are some of the worst scumbags on earth. Yet, people drive around town giving them tons and tons of free advertising. It’s nauseating. As soon as I got a new truck a while back, every sticker and license cover came off immediately. If you want me to drive around with that shite on my truck, you better be paying half my truck note every month.

Lol. You really think some a-hole is going to buy a car or think about it from a license plate frame?

Yeah, I don’t know why you wouldn’t just be nice

I will say that the plates and a small sticker don’t bother me, but the www.dealershipname.com across the glass is too much

This is such a strange phenomenon for people to be this anti dealerships in general.

Show us on the teddy bear where they touched you.
