I have a relative who is a big One Bite/Barstool/Dave Portnoy fan. He wants to do a bucket-list New Haven/New York/NJ pizza tour of the highest rated spots. Me, too. Sounds fun.

Then I discovered the "Gold Belly" website. They ship exclusive meals from exclusive restaurants for exclusive prices. So I ordered a $45 coal-fired 9.2 pizza from Sally's Apizza in CT and a $45 9.4 pizza from Di Fara in NY. I figure it's much cheaper than a flight/hotels/car rental/etc.. At worst, it could just end up being a great trip preview and/or the best frozen pizzas I've ever had ( and it was).

I text him pictures of the branded pizza boxes on my counter, and then the wrapped flash-frozen pizzas inside. Then I texted "I got them. Let me know when you are hungry for pizza." He never replied. I didn't hear from him for a week. I ate them. I saw him yesterday for the Saints game. I asked if he got my texts. He said "Oh, yeah, what was that all about?" Told him the story and how delicious they were. FAFO, you no-repliers.
