Why do drug dealers fancy themselves as expert salesmen?

I’ve never sold drugs, but I imagine it can’t be very difficult to sell crack to a crackhead.

You've clearly never negotiated the value of a stolen weed eater to that of a crack rock at 3am.

Supply and demand they get it.
Round up the most drug addicted people you win good prizes and sometimes bad ones.

I bet it’s difficult when the crackhead has to pay by giving you a blow job because crackhead doesn’t have any cash

The money isn't made in the selling bruh. It's made in the buying.

How many drug dealers do you know and how they fancy themselves?

I’m from Slidell, so a bunch. Most of them think they’re really cool until they eventually get caught

What qualifies as expert?
I'm thinking Pablo Escobar and the vein that followed.

Sales is only one aspect of marketing. The greatest salesman will fail to achieve his goals without an effective marketing plan in place.

Sales and marketing are just understanding human nature and prompting people to take action . A drug dealer could be as sophisticated or unsophisticated about that as any other “ profession “.

Prices become much more reasonable at the barrel of a gun.

Of course it's not. The hard part maintaining long term without getting caught. You also have to be making enough money for it to be worth your time, not everybody just has the networking skills to find your own bulk supplier at a good price, and then to build up a customer base. All without attracting attention to yourself.
