Mine can hear it from two turns away. The hybrid trucks make a distinct sound and he fricking hates it. Scares the shite out of me. Not to speak of the driver when I leave just the iron bars shut and door open.
I'm not sure if that sounds drug lord baller, poor white trash or ghetto.

Years ago my brother had the sweetest German Shepherd. The UPS driver might have barely bumped him in our driveway one day when the dog ran from the other side of our house when the UPS truck turned into our driveway.
The dog showed no signs of being hit. We wouldn’t have suspected anything, but the driver apologized profusely. The UPS guy always asked about the dog for years after.
However, that dog would go crazy anytime a UPS truck was in the neighborhood from that day until he died. Every dog I’ve had since has had it out for UPS trucks and drivers.
I’ve concluded my dogs have communicated with one another through generations the dangers of the UPS truck

My dog used to hate everyone, he bit the mail man a few times. Man i miss him, he was goood boy!!

Because he goes to many houses where there are other dogs. He is a stranger, smells like stranger dogs, dogs are very territorial.

Big loud truck comes pulling up to masters house. Driver gets out in strange brown shorts, lays on the horn and drops suspicious package at door. Can’t fault them for that....
