Point to a time in history when humanity wasn't busying itself waging war.

Yes, an economy for poor people sounds delightful.

I think it all started with FDR and the new deal and has been a give me give me society since.
Socialism never works, you eventually run out of other people's money.
NAFTA passed in the 90's certainly hasn't help. The consumer based economy will not sustain itself, we are fricked.

I'm a boomer. 8 kids from age 50 down to 8. MIL is 95. Mom is 85. They are far from neglected. GOP was in disarray several times in the 19th century as well. Took 15 years to pay off the college loans. Worry about the future for my kids everyday as do most of my friends.

So all of the complaining about boomers complaining fixes anything?

How about what are other generations proposals on how to fix the problems? All generations inherit problems from previous and leave problems for future generations. What I don't see is many from these post boomer generations stepping up, instead they just bitch about the state of our country. How about doing what a lot of generations, including me have done - reach adulthood, tuck your head and get to work- fix what you can and become a provider.

Be thankful for what your parents gave you even if all that amounts to is the very fortunate circumstance of being born and raised in the United States and not Haiti and shut the frick up.

LOL.

Uhhh, according to your brilliant meme, you are actually talking down to people for asking for the share of the items they've ALREADY PAID FOR.

Do you have a job and actually pay taxes? Chances are good today you probably don't, considering only about 51% of us are footing the bill.

However, if you do and are "fortunate" like me, you will see on your check that you pay taxes towards SS and medicare. Baby Boomers have been paying into that shite for well over 40+ years. When these programs were created, some government idiot, similar to Obama and Obamacare, promised all of these goodies that would come from this long-term "investment".

Now, like every other government program, it is going broke because people like Obama have given the money away to buy votes in other areas.

Now, the same people you are attempting to play "gotcha" with, are asking for some of their money back....as promised....

Yet here you are, just like so many others in the US, with your completely UNEDUCATED meme about "greed". LOL

Millennials are great at blaming their problems and shortcomings on everyone but themselves. They'll find that if they roll up their sleeves and work hard the world is right there in front of them for the taking.
