You make very serious ethical choices when you let your little girls pretend to be adults like that - it amazes me that Shields seems as normal as she does.

I can't stand the fact my wife watches that show with the pre-teens that do all the dancing stuff.
They're not even really the problem IMO. It's the moms. Where the hell are the fathers?
That show makes me tense to think about our future...

Yes, I recall all of that, but postpartum depression can happen to any number of women. I didn't say she has a perfect, problem free existence. It wouldn't be normal to live problem free!

Was daddy not in the picture? Are they even allowed to sell that movie or is it considered child porn now?
Jenny Agutter showed bush when she was 16 years old in the Nicholas Roeg movie "Walkabout". Most people probably know her from "Logan's Run".
Thora Birch was 16 when she showed her boobs in 'American Beauty'. On her Wiki page it says:
"As Birch was 16 at the time she made the film, and thus classified as a minor in the United States, her parents had to approve her brief topless scene in the film. They and child labor representatives were on the set for the shooting of the scene."
Olivia Hussey was 15 when Romeo and Juliet was filmed. Again, special permission was needed.

My wife worked as an extra a couple years back in a movie filmed in New Orleans with Brooke Shields, Darryl Hannah, and Wanda Sykes. She said Darryl and Wanda were cool as shite but Brooke was very stand-offish and spoiled-acting. She also was in the bathroom and Brooke was in the stall next to her, letting loose and farting up a storm
