This is the old Cody we know and love.

I recommend you do your own workout routine. I am sure you still have the video.

Maybe nothing. I mean, it certainly sounds like you are doing all the right things. Maybe your scale is just broken.

While an obvious troll, this way of thinking is seriously all too common in this country.

stress can help you retain weight. you need to put a 6 pack in this diet plan somewhere to manage your stress or if you are worried about carbs and cals just drink liquor neat.

For starters cut out processed sugar.

Coke Zero and Pepsi Zero taste very close to the real thing.

Trust me, you'll get used to how they taste.

The transition is far easier with those than diet versions.

For breakfast: Mcdonalds big breakfast with a large coke For lunch: Personal pan pizza and a pepsi For dinner: Fried deer steak and mashed potatoes and sweet tea

WAY too many carbs, sweetie. Get a carb counter book and limit your daily carb intake to 30 grams. You will lose weight.

No sweet tea at night. It screws with your circadian rhythms. Drink coffee spiked with whiskey. It helps you sleep while making sure everything moves thru your bowels quickly.

Otherwise, this is an excellent weight loss plan.

Your exercise was enough to work off the large coke as far as calories.

What is your level of activity during the day? Manual labor job or office work?

Cut out the fatty fast food and eat yogurt and a banana for breakfast, and something like a chicken salad for lunch. Make dinner your “hearty meal”
