I see this a lot at the office. We have a number of women in their early 30s in the Marketing department who are single. They all hangout on weekends together too. I know one is divorced but I don’t know about the others. Any time I have talked to them about dating they all just say it’s impossible to find a good guy.
I’m 29 now and starting to get back into the dating pool after a long relationship ended. I’m interested in how this time around is different than the last time I was single. The biggest shift is that dating apps are now the norm when they were just starting ~4 years ago.
I’ve got my first “date” with someone over coffee tomorrow. She’s only 25 so I don’t expect desperation

I too work in that kind of office. The women most of whom are substantially younger than me are just horrible. A few have illegitimate children. There is no way I would consider any of them if I was in the market. They’re lazy, selfish, manipulative and stupid.
If I ever found myself single, I wouldn’t ever again get into a serious relationship.

What is their age range? There are several reasons imo that probably have already been listed
-Single mom with nothing going for them. You can spot them easily by asking what their achievements have been because they usually put "Mother of x amazing kids" and such.
-Batshit crazy with issues that prevent a stable relationship from forming
-Biological clock and the need for sperm
-A self image that is fake and keeping them from progressing in life. This category will grow as all of the "instagram models" age and try to hold on to the attention they receive there. This one ties hand in hand with my first example
-Single mom with nothing going for them. You can spot them easily by asking what their achievements have been because they usually put "Mother of x amazing kids" and such.
