I witnessed a discussion last night with two guys in middle management at a major corporation giving a guy shite who is an AC repairman. The AC guy didn't let on that he now owns the business and what he makes annually but I know all of the individuals personally and know that the AC guy is in much better shape financially than these other two clowns.

This is when as an HVAC tech the two offices of these people who all of a sudden get blistering hot and by gosh I just can't figure out why.

But but but, I can hold so many things in those pockets. It's like, as a guy, having a purse, without having to carry one! Plus, I don't have to sit on my wallet or phone anymore!

How can I live the salt life, if my car does not broadcast to the world my adherence to such a lifestyle? Am I supposed to only use my car for displaying my brand loyalty towards my favorite cooler or towards failed election candidates from 10 years ago?

Because those with a superiority complex are often times the least confident people you will come across in your life. It is how they make themselves feel better.

A "blue collar" job got me through college and I have been in a "white collar" job for 25 years. That said, if given a choice, I would always prefer to be outside with a shovel or other tool in my hand doing something physical instead of being stuck inside on a conference call bitching at somebody about something they screwed up.

If I could start life over again at 15 I would have gone to work for my uncle's custom cabinet shop in the Summers and learned that craft. I would have worked there instead of going to college, made pretty good money and by the time I was 30 owned my own custom cabinet shop. there is a ton of money in that business and I would have loved to have learned that craft.

You should have done this. Cabinet guys make MONEY.

I don't have anything against anyone who can enjoy what they do and make enough money to live a lifestyle they deem to be comfortable.

Because this site is filled with entitled mellennials who think blue collar jobs are below their standards.

Most of these people, the entitled mellennials would benefit from a blue collar job
