My wife told me that there are only about two or three days out of the month where a women feels normal because of hormonal swings. She said it's usually happens two or three days before their cycle comes on where they feel great and feel like they can conquer anything. Outside of that, she said the majority of women feel like crap and always tired the remainder of the month.

Simple logic.
If you have a set of objects that are all the same, then a subset of that original set will also all be the same.
(There is a mathematical theorem or law that says the same, but the brain cells storing that data have all been long ago killed off or critically damaged).
All women are insane, therefore any group of women, no matter how you divide them up will be insane.
