What exactly does a divorced 40 year old man have to offer?

Generally a high level of income, confidence, security, few sexual boundaries, and stability.

Usually that's something women on their 20s want.

How do you view relationships? As a means of social climbing or finding a soulmate?

Sounds like the former.

First you were an alcoholic run off by his first wife because you didn’t give a shite about her or your family.

Then you were a swinger.

Me, I’d sit this one out, me

I've experienced the people you're referring to.

My choice was to stay away from those people. People are who they tell you they are, and change isn't coming unless they want to change. There have been many girls/women to whom I've been physically attracted where the attraction flies out the window when I realize their character as a person.

People can't disguise their character for long enough to trick someone into marrying them unless the other person rushes into something.

Not smarter though, and those "degrees" usually only get them jobs in HR or primary education. They also benefit from a lot of affirmative action programs (even white women) eventhough they make up the majority of students. Wouldn't be like that on an equal playing field.

One of the smartest ladies I've ever met was a HR Director. She was also one of the prettiest ladies I've ever met.

People can disguise their character for as long as is convenient for them to do so. It's true that you can never 100 percent know someone. To think otherwise is the height of arrogance and you WILL get burned eventually.

The key is deciding, for you, who is worth getting burned over. And I can tell you that's a very very small number.

This person speaks truth. At 64yo it’s just not worth the risk for me. I got burned at 36yo…lost everything to a cheating wife. I’ve worked too hard to get where I am to risk it again. I’ll take care of my niece, just like my brother asked before he died. She’s a sweetheart and works very hard.

Yeah, that calculator is bullshite because it doesn't allow a range on age and income. It just includes every age (up to what you select)

Right. It is a virtue in a 30+ year old woman that she saved it for you and your ilk.

LOL! Yeah, she was. And sweet and beautiful.. I will admit however, the other HR Directors I met in Ruston and El Dorado hospitals were dumb as a bag of rocks. The smart one left and got a high level job with CenturyLink.

I love the HR women as well, they are like high class prostitutes that say what you need to hear lol

HR isn’t know for being the brains of the operation I’ll say that.
