Rosie Palm would “beat me” up pretty good in 8th grade

Nobody, by the time I was in 8th grade those who tried to bully knew the score.

Dude named Kirk Jenkins. I used to call him Jerk Kenkins to rile him up. Died of testicular cancer a year or two ago. Karma.

I got a weird bully story. In the 90s there was this guy named Danny who would bully people to join his gang … Crips, bloods, I don’t know some stupid shite.
He did have some big guys he rolled with. Anyway he wanted me to join his gang so he started his bully crap. Long story short, we met to fight after school and while he’s in front of me he starts doing his gang signs and spitting.
In the mist of this I just unleash hell on him and beat his arse pretty damn good. Then his minions of his gang beat my arse to a pulp . 8 on 1… I took some out but damn I got my arse handed to me.
Well after all that I was informed I was part of the gang because I was “ beat in” SMDH .

8th grade was a transition year for me, from puss to mid range bully. Earned it by playing football and also beating up a couple of mid tier guys. There was still a couple guys I tended to steer clear of but wasn’t bullied myself and would dish out a little on the lower puss boys.

Didn't have one. My friend group didn't mess with anyone, but we were mostly football players, so no one messed with us either. 8th grade was good.

When I was about 10, there was a kid who lived a couple houses down from me. He was 13 or 14 and pretty good size more than me. He used to pick me on me and other kids my age pretty consistently. One day he punched me in he stomach, knocked the breath out of me. He turned and walked away. As soon as I caught my breath, I see a brick randomly on the sidewalk; picked it up and ran up behind him and chunked it at the back of his head. He dropped like a sack of potatoes. Never messed with me again.

I guess there was really only one at the school I was at in 8th grade. He was a stout little fella, but insecure about being crosseyed. He tried to start shite with everyone on the playground.
He’s a responsible business owner (took over from his old man) back in the ole hometown but word I heard is his teen son is a flamer.

Because he was dead and you fed him to 30-50 feral hogs?

I didn't have an 8th grade bully. I was defensive captain on the football team, and generally pretty cool with everybody. I did have a 4th grade bully. Dude named Mont'e. He moved to our school from Atlanta to live with his grandparents, because his mom went to prison. He was just mean as hell. My dad was tired of hearing me complain about, and one day he told me, "Next time he comes up talking to you, hit him in his f'n mouth as hard as you can. Then just keep on hittin' him; don't stop."
I was talking to my buddy about this at lunch and some girls in our class at lunch overheard us and the little wenches went and told Mont'e at recess. He runs up and says, "I heard you said if I come up talking to you...." BOOM! I started throwing punches. He tried to fight back, but I never let up. This dude was bullying everybody, and I had so many people come up and give me a pat on the back for doing it. We were in the same class and our teacher didn't take us to the office. 25 years later he's one of the few people I've still talked to since graduation. He chilled out after that, and we were friends by the end of that year. He and his cousin own a moving company in my hometown. He'll call me every now and then; ask about my kids. It's funny how that all plays out.

When I was 15, Ronald was an oversized football player who decided the little guy was fair game. he died shortly after high school. I had nothing to do with it, but i wasn't disappointed.
Mark tormented me in 5th and 6th, and i never fought back. first day of 7th grade, he came running up to me looking for a familiar face and i just walked off. I don't recall ever seeing him again. i recently looked him up, and facebook says he lives in a trailer on Warren Dr. and has a domestic violence rap. ETA: the internet says he died this month. again, not my doing, but no disappointment.
