Drove by. Yeah it is a shitty spot. I thought I was going to have to get out and lock in the hubs just to make it down the road. The overgrown vacant lot adjacent to it looks like the kind of place where you would find a body in the undergrowth. Weirdly, there are a couple other decent looking houses near there too, but they are mixed in with absolute shanties. Lots of diversity walking around. I wouldn't buy that house and live there at any price.

Can we build more houses like this in New Orleans please? Let’s build them all around the Fisher Projects.

Someone that likes to go hunting. The outside of the house and what potentially is inside is the bait to attract wild game to enter the house.

Like a reverse "Most Dangerous Game" or something. You might be on to something.

I mean it’s only $400k and not that nice. It’s about what you would expect for a new build in That part of town

Best bet is one of those college football stars turned professional affalete. They are known for their common sense and ability to reason.

Brings to mind an NBA player made it big, wanted to build a mansion in his old town in the near south Chicago suburbs. He built something huge, then transferred to LA or Miami, something like that. Can't give away the house. Should be a $3m+ and I think they finally sold peanuts.

This is also the suburb that the new Pope comes from and the lady mayor that fleeced the town out of something like $5m.

That's far from the worst part of Algiers. But it also isn't Algiers Point, where that house would go for double the price per ft².

I wonder if the second railing was on there before the final inspection.

Yeah. You probably have to have both railing to passcode.
