I took it while I while I was being treated for a kidney stone (it dilates the piping and makes it easier to pass the stone). The retrograde ejaculation results in the ejaculate going into the bladder, and you pee it out with your urine later. I found this to be off putting, but tolerable on a short term basis.

That was the only time. I laid in bed and then on the floor all night. It’s like my diaphragm wasn’t working. Finally called it and went to ER. I thought I had some kind of heart failure
