STROKE 9

Don't want to, don't want to talk about it,
I say why not,
Don't want to think about it,
I say there's got to be some good reason
For your little black backpack up,
Smack, turnaround he's on his back and
Don't want to tango with you,
I'd rather tangle with him,
I think I'm gonna bash his head in,
And this shouldn't concern
You except that just don't expect to get
Your bloody black backpack back

pretty sure it was in 1999, but I could be wrong. It was the city's bicentennial. I was pretty hammered but seems like I remember Dash Rip Rock also being there.

Saw better than Ezra and kool and the gang there. I remember thinking it was really cool when Kevin from better than Ezra pulled a kid on the stage and let him play their guitar for a song. It was a good time.

Holy shite. I now know where I was on March 7, 1999. I remember being there for Allison Collins, Dash Rip Rock, and Cowboy Mouth.

Was actually looking these up earlier today. I remember that the Killers headlined the first year and My Chemical Romance the second year. April of 2007 and 2008. They were both pretty successful.

Like I said they had a lot of fantastic bands with at least a few hits. It is a damn shame BR ruined this concert festival

I remember seeing a shite ton of people I went to high school with and everybody was drunk and having a blast.
It was a pretty good time to be young, free, and 21.

I remember seeing Chevelle and Filter. Some kid threw a bottle at the lead singer of Filter and the police beat the shite out of him in the crowd.

They did for a couple of years but I think it fizzled out b/c of the talent lineup if i recall correctly.
