Brand doesn't matter. All about thread count. The higher, the better.

wow. 2 pages of legitimate answers on the “best bed sheets”?
I didn’t realize so many women posted on this board.

BS. Bought a 1500 count set from Tuesday morning a month ago. Almost feels like sandpaper. Brand is allure. Ugh.

Yep..I got 1000 count Egyptian Cotton on Overstock.com for something like 120.00? They lasted about 9 years of daily use...As in take them off the bed wash and put them back on..

In general, this is true. But not all 1,000 thread-count sheets are made the same. There are drastic differences depending on the materials used to make the sheets.

Sheets are sheets.
Go to Target and buy whatever they have then sleep on them.
It’s not that hard or scientific.

I usually just go to the local feed store and get some unused burlap sacks and get them sewn into bed sheets. Sleep like a real man, son!
I kid, I kid!
I’m curious about who makes them as well.

Ritz Carlton sheets. Can be bought in their hotels or online.

A thread count of 350 should suffice

Too high of a thread account is a lie. That means that they use twisted braid. What you want is 400 count untwisted. It’s way higher quality than the twisted. Egyptian Cotton is quality but also a marketing scheme.

Made from bamboo?
They are rayon. Which means the bamboo has absolutely nothing to do with it.
You can make rayon from grass clippings or seaweed and there would be no difference.
$10 rayon sheets are no different than the $200 rayon sheets that everyone is pimping in this thread. They do a lot of marketing though.

Red Land Cotton
I did this same thread recently. These are the ones I ended up getting. They are pricey, but locally sourced and made.
