Who lives in the RV next to the Golds Gym in Prairieville?

Seriously tho, whats taking them so long to open this place? Its a vanilla box with a couple bathrooms. They managed to open a restaurant on the far side that started after Golds and they had to deal with the health board and other PITA red tape city permit bullshite that takes forever.
