A semi-related story I'll share. I had an acquaintance who moved into a shithole apartment complex next door to his favorite gym so he could go twice per day. Gym closed two months in. Lease was for 12 months.

I had a gym open near me. After it was there over a decade, we finally joined and really liked it. Started going regularly and, after a 3-month trial, prepaid for a year for both of us.
Two months later, we got a letter announcing that they were shutting it down. I got my money back, but that sucked.

The restaurant on the end is Blue Agave, however it is not opened yet. I know they'll have tequila, assuming beer will be on the menu as well.
