All time- Ronnie Coleman was just a freak. Unreal size.
Arnold is the king of the sport so you can't not say Arnold.
As of right now in the sport, Phil Heath will be hard to beat. Dude has an unreal work ethic that sometimes get overshadowed by his attitude.
Kai Greene is a close second though.

Frank medrano. The bodybuilders you are talking about use steroids, growth hormones, insulin, clen, and diuretics. Medrano truly has built his body and I respect him much more. LINK
