The guy who started LASIK just this week has regretted ever getting it passed or used. The complications are extensive, from pain, vision impairment, to cornea transplants. The death of a reporter highlighted this report because of changes from lasik. Effects may be decent for a few years, but the cornea changes. Tread lightly here......

I think any eye doctor can do lasik now if they just take the course. Call around LensCrafters, EyeMasters, Pearl Vision and get some prices.
