Who is the biggest heel on the OT?

We’ve got some prime candidates for that title, especially after the reinstatement thread a few weeks ago.
If you don’t know what a heel is, it’s a wrestling term for the antagonist or villain. Person everybody hates.

Oweo is like a heel color commentator.
He gets everything wrong, that you know is right, yet he has a microphone.
You know you'll have to put up with him if you participate in the program.
