The whole point of a Mount Rushmore is to narrow down the best of the best.
... not to make multiple Mount Rushmores to fit them all in

Does anyone remember Wahoo McDaniel

This will vary upon age.
I was a late 80s-90s wrestling kid.
Mine is
Ric Flair
Hulk Hogan
The Rock
Sting
Flair has the greatest in ring presence of all time. Hogan and Johnson have transcended wrestling into popular culture in a way that’s almost insane, especially DJ. And Sting was the cornerstone of WCW and was a huge part of eclipsing WWF in the late 90s

I can't put Austin or Rock on there because their time on top was so short.

Austin single handedly won the Monday Night Wars for WWF so I think thats a big deal
Foley (I think he was Cactus Jack at the time) won a Kings of Deathmatch in the mid 1990s which is when he had his ear amputated.
When he was Mankind he was a 3 time WWE champ.
Then I am sure everyone remembers the match with the undertaker. Hell in a Cell.. He fell off the cage, which was like 15 or 16 ft. He had some pretty big moments that fly under the radar.

Few WWF wrestlers used to work out at the Gold's Gym I went to. They all said Hulk Hogan is a backstabbing POS and his whole career was based on political moves backstage. I believe it.

His veto power and creative control stiffled WCW once the nWo storyline began to wear thin.

I'm a pro wrestling historian and have been involved in multiple wrestling-related projects over the years.
