I know of at least two old Hollywood actresses, Lana Turner being one of them, who shaved their eyebrows for roles. The eyebrows never grew back. They had to have brows penciled in for the rest of their careers.

Tony Randall shaved his head for a role, and only afterward learned it sometimes doesn't grow back. Fortunately his did -- or most of it anyway. By the time he did The Odd Couple he had a bald spot to hide.

Bought a pair of Wahls clippers from Walmart for $20. Wife did the 1-4 fade for me yesterday. It’s presentable and I desperately needed it.

Cut my own for 3 years, never disappointed. Not something I can say when I was getting it cut at the barber or salon.

This is where YouTube can come in handy. All you folks be sure to film your first attempt and post it. A few of them have to go viral.

Had to wear a hat all day because of the bald spot right about my left ear from last night's debacle.

I pretty much wear a hat everyday so it doesn’t bother me that much, but I’m starting to have a lot of outflow that looks trashy.

I also haven’t shaved in a week or so, I don’t even know anymore.

I’m a couple 90 degree days away from just shaving it all off. I have a fricking mop on my head currently.

I don’t see how these baws tolerate a huge bushy nasty arse beard and/or bushy hair do in the heat.

Pick up a choice dope habit, drop a few pounds, and I might be able to pull it off.

Just did mine. #4 guard on the sides and back then trimmed around the ears and neck with a mirror.

Had a distinct rim around my head where the long on top met the short on the sides and back though. Thankfully the wife was able to blend it with the #6 guard. Looks decent, not as good as my normal barber, but not bad. Looks better than before.

Why would it NOT grow back?

I'm going to attempt to give myself the "Joe Exotic". I think I can pull it off.

Been cutting my hair for a year and a half or so. Clippers on sides and medium/long on top. I do a better job than the barbers I’ve been to because they just don’t listen.

Until Saturday. I really fricked it up Saturday. Had to go heavy on the clippers and get a fresh start on most of it. But aside from this trainwreck, I do a great job.
