Who in BR or surrounding areas sells selections of different types of wainscoting options?

Besides Home Depot and Lowes? We’ve seen what they have and are hoping to see more options.

Are you talking about tile or wood trim?

That appears to be trim made into wainscoting. Wainscoting is an architectural feature that is built, not necessarily a material.

Not sure how many more options they would have. It's basically trim pieces nailed to the wall.

That looks like a raised panel wainscot with cove molding beading and a chair rail cap. It’s made out of several components. A lumber yard should have what you need for the components or a trim carpenter could furnish and install it.

Sand down the textured finish on your drywall on the lower where you want the wainscoting, use 1x's for the framing and "picture frame molding" inside of it. Top it off with a bull-nosed cap.
Result will look something like below, which is a recessed panel more than a raised panel. But it's a way cheaper option for a similar effect.
