My dad has a friend from way back, He and his wife literally escaped from North Korea on a home made sailboat and made their way to California with less than $100 cash between them. in the 1960s . Today they are a solid middle upper class American family with two college educated children who are now making more than either of their parents ever dreamed possible.

Just another reason I laugh when people say that blacks today are still doing poorly because of slavery that ended 150 years ago.

I have. One time, I believe it was in July, there's a knock on the door. I open it, and there's this cute little Asian girl, and she says to me, "How would you like to help a Korean?"

And I said "Well, what kind of Korean are you?" She said North, and I said, "How much do you need?" And she looks at me and she says, "... Uh I need about tree-fitty."

Well, it was about that time that I notice the North Korean girl was about eight stories tall and was a crustacean from the protozoic era.
