What’s parking like now? $30/ car?

It was $20 the last time I checked. Mighta jumped up tho lol. It's ridiculous. Luckily, platinum pass is parking included

I talked to a lot of the workers, most of them were working on a foreign exchange program. One girl I talked to was from Romania and she was smoking hot

That's right! Bunch of Eastern Euro work there. They have dorms for the workers. Employee bar off site. It was a very fun summer.

I worked there summer of '05. Would let chicks ride the parasail for free, if they went topless.

There's a local strip club, Tea House. Definitely had some quid pro quo with their employees.

Put in Bay and Kelley's Island are a quick boat/jetski ride. For some fun bars and restaurants.

Not a terrible place.

Grew up going there every year as a kid. Have been lucky enough to go the past 2 years with visiting family. Steel Vengeance is awesome. Glad they turned Mean Streak into that, my back is thankful.

My favorite is Valrayvn.

I did Valravyn 2 times and was underwhelmed. Probably because it kept breaking down. Twice I was in line for it and they had to shut it down. Then when it was back up it was one of the few rides I had to wait for even with a fast pass

I’ve been there a few times. Grew up in Pittsburgh and made the drive to Sandusky a couple times. It’s been a while, though. Last time I went was when the Millenium Force just opened. Cedar Point, Kennywood, Geauga Lake were great places to go. Put In Bay was fun, too.

My favorite coaster there was The Raptor

That’s the last time I was there too. It was about an 8 hour drive.

Nobody seems to want to travel up there from Louisiana with me

But the same people will go to Disney... no thanks.

Also great.

Hershey is a fun trip - the rides aren't as good but you get to tour the chocolate factory.

Cedar Point is great. One my three favorite parks.

Disney is my favorite with kids.
Dollywood is my favorite for food.
Cedar Point is my favorite just for rides.

I went about 20 years ago. I don't remember the time of year but no such thing as fast pass then. But we got to ride everything we wanted. Some great coasters.

Cedar Point has the best collection of roller coasters in the world. No other park comes close. I was fortunate to go there many time while growing up. Went a couple of years ago when I visited my brother. God it was crowded but it was still fun.

They had to stop Millenium Force when we were on the lift hill because someone took out their phone.

I don't mind high lift hills, but I want to get up and over quickly like the Intimidator 305 (which I've only experienced on YouTube). My nightmare is for the coaster to breakdown on a high lift hill and either get stuck there or have to take the stairs down.

I felt like I needed a chiropractor after getting off this one

Wife and I live in South Bend and we go every October for their scream nights. The whole park is all haunted and spooky themed, and they have a few areas designated as scream areas. It's a lot of fun.

Lived about 80 miles away for 15 years. Cedar Point is as good as a theme park gets and it puts places like Disney, Six Flags, and Busch Gardens to shame. Maverick and Millennium Force are the best rides in that park.

Gotta go a little farther south to The Beast to really get that feeling.

Still my favorite coaster.

Been a few times but the last time was 2010.
. It's the one park which straight up tells fat people that they can't ride the roller coasters. Funny watching people throw fits that they don't do extensions on the belts like 6 flags.

IIRC it's because they had a woman die on their ride so they are a few inches more strict than any other park in the country.

Went in 2016. Had been wanting to go my whole life seeing the park on Discovery Channel or whatever. Didn't disappoint.

Sandusky is a depressing place ever since Callahan Auto closed.

I would say yes, but it has been almost 40 years since I last went. Grew up a couple of hours away. Probably not the same park now, but it was the best park for rides I ever went to.
