The driver of the blue vehicle (actually a big white Ford pick-up - which was going faster than me and was bigger than my vehicle and made more noise and had bigger wheels, hence his reasoning for cutting in front of me - the purple) shouldn't have a license. We all see this type every day, suffering from chronic testosterone overload.
Usually the car making the right turn has the right of way, but in this case (you acting like a bitch on the internet), the ford was clearly in the right, not because of rules of the road, but simply because they asserted dominance, so much so that you came here with a google pic with a diagram to bitch about it.

It is private property, so normal traffic laws do not apply. That is why it is very important to be especially careful.

Parking lots are the Wild West. They don’t even put stop signs in them at intersections in many cases.

Purple. The right turn should have the right of way over the left turn.
Is this a political question?

The one turning right, so the purple.

Right-of-way

the one that doesn't have to cross lanes.

I have another question. 2 cars at a red light opposite each other. One car has signal to make a left turn. The other car is going straight. When the light turns green shouldn't the car going straight have the right of way?
Do they teach something different in Texas? Every time I see the car try to make a left turn in front of the car going straight 80% or more chance the car has Texas plates.

Absolutely assuming no green arrow is involved.

Closest turning lane has the right of way..
Right turn, right lane has the right of way..
Go back and read your drivers ed manual…

If car A has a green turning signal, then car B going straight should have a red light..

If car B runs the red light he’s at fault..
If it’s just a green light with no turning signal, the vehicle going straight has the right of way and turning vehicle needs to yield to it..
Christ, it’s common sense…. No wonder there’s too many dumb arse drivers..
I had a dumb bitch cut me off this morning. She couldn’t wait two seconds to turn after me where there was literally no one behind me… She almost had a 1500 Silverado up her arse.

I think he meant the car’s turning signal/blinker, not a green arrow traffic light

Is the purple line not a 1 way aisle leading away from the turn?

Is it bad that I laughed at this?

Yeah, I thought about that, that's why I put the second scenario in there with both green lights and no arrow.
