Easily yes. On a relatively empty course with a hard water hazard and no one behind us waiting to play it was nothing to put 4 or 5 in the drink. I'm sure I've taken 6 swings (3 legal and 3 illegal) just to try and get out of a bunker before.
Obviously golf is just an occasional fun drinking activity for me.

In Sergio's defense, he did hit the green on every shot, he just couldn't control the spin on his shots. Not one shot flew into the water.

Yup.
Par 5 in Greensboro. Have to clear water off the tee. Was fighting hooks all day. Needed 4 shots to find dry land my 9th found the water in front of the green. 11th stroke on. Two-putted like a boss.

I was playing in a high school match and came up to the 18th, which is a par 3 with an island green under the clubhouse balcony. Half of the players were already in as I was playing the 3 spot and I hit a wedge that hit the flag stick about 2" from the cup and ricocheted into the water. i proceeded to completely lose my shite, took an 18 on the hole in front of everyone after nearly holing it out to start with.

Not counting when I first started playing, I’ve done it once. It was during men’s league. Par 4, downhill lie, water in front of the green. I put five balls in the pond. When I finished my round, someone asked me how in the world I made a 13. (I was a 4 handicap at the time) I said, “I made a 30 foot putt or it would have been a 14.”

No sense holding up a 4some and others being Tin Cup. But if everyone were forced to adhere to the rules and play out the home, there’s not a person who has played golf that wouldn’t have shot a 13 or worse as a beginner.

I've played golf once, but yeah. I actually quit counting a couple of times, and skipped over some holes, but I know I have 12 beaten by a lot, probably more than once.

I've played a lot of tournament golf and I've never had anything worse than a 10.
That said I would love to make a 14 at the masters. That would be a record that would hold forever.
