I’d imagine the Taliban can make good use of the things like small arms, mortars, and wheeled vehicles, including some light armor wheeled vehicles. I know we left some choppers as well, mostly Blackhawks I believe. Of all the stuff I listed, I’m most doubtful they’ve been able to maintain the choppers.

Their real problem is that while we left a bunch of stuff, we didn’t leave things like artillery systems, heavy armor vehicles (Abrams & Bradleys), nor fixed wing vehicles. Pakistan has plenty of all of these things, while the Taliban doesn’t.
