Yea it's pretty funny how everyone is getting upset over the warm weather when the brute of the winter is January and February.

Nah. Used it on Beech Mountain this weekend. Was fricking cold this weekend.

She also had some left over from going to Breck. Just go to a place with cold weather. Problem solved.

Fact of the matter is that when you live in South La. your "winter wardrobe" is going to take up little closet space. We don't have much cold weather here, and, Christmas in short pants is not unusual at all.

Jan and Feb gets a few weeks of cold weather warranting a coat, but, not much cold weather beyond that normally.

Maybe explain this to your wife and encourage her to be practical about acquisition of an extensive winter wardrobe? After all, this isn't Boston.
