I swear there are some points where I have to take a leap of faith and hope that nobody is out in the road because I can't see shite.

When that happens, I pull out my ohonw and start texting. That way, if I get into an accident, I won't feel guilty.

I'd much rather drive to work in the dark and have the extra hour of daylight in the evening

Let's petition this change

That's the worst part - go to work in the dark, go home in the dark. We're vampires for a few months

I hear it's more tolerable if you're drunk.

The sunlight is the main cause of our traffic jams this time of year. Fortunately, I drive with the sun at my back both directions to/from work.

I've had to do this almost every day in the evenings.

Absolutely. I'm on 385 south from Greenville at 7 am and it is blinding. Had a coworker on 385 nearly die 3 years ago because she ran into the back of a delivery truck (like a uhaul). It is suspected that the sun played a major role in her inability to see the truck.

Most of my work life had me driving into the sun both going to and coming from work. It was horrible.

Just moved east of my work when previously living west of my work for 10 years. It's the little things

Try polarized sun glasses. My last pair cost $15.

i dont think it helps that much

As I drive down perkins after passing up Willow Grove and the shell driving towards seigen, the sun is relentless as you approach the light by Lake after hours as well as the siegen light.

Isn't DST the summer time hours? The fall back brings us back to standard time, correct?

Before DST ended, I was coming home to an intersection with the sun directly behind the stoplight, so it's a trade off

Are you saying you have used polarized glasses and they do not work for you?

Or are you saying you don't think polarized glasses will work for you so you are not even going to try.
If this, you are saying your life is not worth $15.
