Similar here. I'm going 100 days dry. Will certainly be the longest span for me since Jr/Sr year of high school.
I feel great. Sleep like a baby. But do miss the beers catching up with friends or clients over lunch/dinner. 45 days in, it's not those drinks that are the problem, it's the 3-4 more when you get home or the ones you have on nights where you never leave the house. I think that's where the slope gets slippery.
I'll have an NA beer at dinner with friends or the Mrs. I just like the taste of beer, so the 1 or 2 rule is hard for me to follow. I could drink a 6 pack of NA beers just cause I like the taste and having something in my hand.

The mis-spelling of HIPAA is one of my indicators that whomever wrote a statement of work or RFP has no idea what they're talking about re: compliance. But are either of you a covered entity? Lol. I presume your spelling was intentional, of course.
It's amazing how months off of TD can brighten the soul.

I am speaking as a 70 year old. And I drank almost everyday of my life after my 18th birthday. I never considered my an alcoholic. I never missed work and drank a couple of drinks before sleeping. If I could go back in time and change one thing, it would to have never drank when going out during celebrations. Some people handle to much to drink fine. I am not that person, and things said in a stupor can never be unsaid. I am not against casual drinking, but your life would be better without it.
