Just wondering if anyone knows anything about them from the bible?
The bible said they were the offspring of fallen angels that mated with human women. They were the equivalent of the demi-gods of Greek Mythology. They were said to either resemble half man/half beast, be the size of giants, or be outrageously beautiful humans with magic powers. Ancient Astronaut Theorists suggest that these were alien/human hybrids created through extraterrestrials banging brauds inside the ancient equivalent of the Reggie's bathroom. Some biologists believe these were proto-human species of primates.
Either way, all of them supposedly died in the "Great Flood" at the end of the last ice age along with most of the mega-fauna and any prior advanced civilizations that may have once inhabited this planet prior to Sumer.

Genesis 6 refers to “Sons of God” taking wives. The offspring of these unions were the Nephilim.
Except that cannot happen by the laws of nature. Seed after seed (Genesis 1:11). Just like puppies and kittens cannot be crossbred. Can't cross an Oak and Pine even.

So humans and angels can have relations?
At that time, yes.

Why wouldn’t he just snap his fingers and make them disappear? Rhetorical question.

If species are close enough, they can reproduce offspring. Horses and donkeys make mules, for example. However, those offspring will be sterile and unable to reproduce. If the offspring could reproduce, then the two parents were not really of different species after all, but merely different breeds of the same species.

If Lucifer can take the form of a snake, it shouldn’t be that difficult to visualize how a similarly supernatural fallen angel would embody a man.

Sex with angels, or at least the desire for it, also led to the destruction of Sodom and gave is the term sodomy. Genesis 19:
quote:
19 The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground. 2 “My lords,” he said, “please turn aside to your servant’s house. You can wash your feet and spend the night and then go on your way early in the morning.” “No,” they answered, “we will spend the night in the square.” 3 But he insisted so strongly that they did go with him and entered his house. He prepared a meal for them, baking bread without yeast, and they ate. 4 Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. 5 They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.”

Believe what you choose, but, there are zero references to any being other than humans as "Son(s) of God" in either the New or Old Testaments.
Democrats would argue 2 or more meanings/definitions for the same word or term, however, the Bible is consistent in the definition of "is".

Fair skinned?
I think this is where the "theory" of some that white people are genetically superior come from. They claim nephilim bred with fair skinned humans creating a "more advanced" race of humans intellectually.

Offspring of fallen angels.
The Nephilim were the fallen angels. Their offspring were Geber. These geber (giants in Hebrew from the root gibbor) are documented in Greek, Egyptian, Roman, Sumeria, Native American, Norse mythology. Known in Greek mythology as war between the Titans and the Gods.

Irrelevant, flood wiped them all out.

Read the books of Enoch, covers a lot about the giants. Also, seems the fallen angels had sex with all the mammals, creating all kinds of ungodly beings....

You have got to be trolling.

Yes, I like to use racial differences in humans as a way of comparing different "types" of angels. There are Cherubim, Seraphim, Nephilim. All angels, but also different.

“Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me. “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding. Who determined its measurements? Surely you know! Or who stretched the line upon it? To what were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy?” ??

But they are in the Bible
Posted on 6/19/18 at 6:44 pm to StupidBinder
Either they lacked common sense or they meant to make it sound like “son of god” and man are two different parties
