None of this would have come to pass without Dems pushing late abortion, or even post birth abortion.

If they would have been happy with their early abortions, things wouldn't have changed.

I have seen quite a few white women who enjoy the fruits of their conservative husband and couldn’t tell you what the ruling actually says posting incessantly whatever bullshite talking point their favorite influencer told them. White women have the be the most emotionally driven voting bloc in the nation by a large margin.

And those most negatively impacted by yesterday's ruling will be women in the Deep South that want abortions. But most women in the Deep South are pro-life. Thus, why it's the Deep South states, mostly, that will outlaw abortion. Even a lot of Democrat women in the South are anti-abortion.

This is not that big of a deal for Republicans at the polls. Now if there was a blanket ban on abortion in all 50 states, I think that would have done some damage to the GOP. But the fact that liberal states and purple states will still maintain access to legal abortion like they did before Dobbs, it is not going to move the needle much for the Dems... especially with all the other Dem policies that have created disaster around them, which more directly affects them.
