The place is a privately owned campground with camping, swimming, water slides, fishing, picnicking, etc. You drive through the gate, go in the office and pay for whatever you're wanting to do. Had they stopped at the office I doubt there would have been any problem. Old lady was probably pissed off because this couple set up their little picnic without paying.
Both handled it badly. Old Lady didn't need to pull a gun and they should have checked in at the office and paid the use fee.
