The group as a whole is pretty worthless. If they want to make a true difference, they would start in their own community. Problems begin when their parents don't give a shite about them and they end up on the street ans the cycle continues. Stuff they do now just pisses white people off

I think there are a lot of black people who feel the same way but are misrepresented in the news and on social media. Its kind of hard to tell. I could be completely wrong.

I really don't care about BLM at all, so in a way they are kind of right. In my day to day life, I have limited exposure to black people. However, the black people I do interact with at work and just going through life don't seem to have the BLM attitude.
Could that just be a facade? Sure it could be, but I don't think so. Maybe I'm just naive, or I just can't see the problem from my white ivory tower.

I changed the thread to include black people, my apologies...

I guess I just wanted to draw out whites on this issue because it seems whites aren't really allowed to have an opinion about BLM unless us 100% endorsed.

why do you feel this way about BLM?

I wonder why they don't march in Chicago. 50 people (most all black) are shot every weekend, and no protests? Oh wait, that's primarily black on black crime. Hmmmmmmm

why do you think they ignore it?

It seems there is a disconnect but one that must be understood.

I don't fully understand it. I think the belief is, the inner cities are as such because of the actions of white america.

There's no opinion here

They make it very clear what their goal and mission is on their website, and it's beyond asinine.

Well, BLM is similar to liberal spew in that its a bunch of false nonsense.

Liberals claimed Trump supporters were racist, misogynistic, blah blah blah haters of everything. This of course is not the truth and they lost.

BLM makes the claim of racism and mistreatment from police and just in general. This of course is not the truth as well.

Of course there are instances where it is true in both cases, but there is always going to be a falsified stereotype of groups based on a small percentage of that group of people.

It was a political tool that failed miserably. They gained no traction due to the people they chose as martyrs (mostly criminals that were breaking the law) and their selective outrage.

There is no challenging anything, if you ask a question or disagree then you are a racist.

I think there are some issues that needed to be addressed within the criminal justice system regarding race, and unfortunately these assholes got in charge of "BLM" and ruined it for all black people who were being targeted.
Their marketing is terrible, there organizing skills are disastrous, and BLM overall has done worse for the original cause.

Black people: The BLM movement isn't doing your race any favors. Sorry, but white people don't owe you anything. Many white people have accepted and even adopted black music/fashion due to commonalities regarding socioeconomic struggles. If you want better lives here you go....

STEP #1 - Let's work together to help the 99% of you that are good hard working people create better lives for you and your children. The very first step to this process will be dropping the "snitches get stitches" mindset and starting to purge the gangster culture and mentality from your neighborhoods. We work hard to keep trash out of our neighborhoods and you have to work hard to take the trash out of yours! You are going to have to stop brainwashing your children with gangster rap from the time they are babies. The portrayal of easy money by selling drugs and shooting people/living that gangsta lifestyle tends to spill over into reality if you constantly listen to it all day and night. You will have to work to instill values and goals, especially the understanding that we all have to work hard for YEARS if we want to good life for ourselves and our families. Call us when you are ready to accept this first step and sorry but if you aren't willing to accept this first step then things will very likely just remain the same.

Also, you are not fooling anyone with your huge rims. We know that other bills very likely went unpaid or children were very likely neglected so that you could purchase those God awful rims. This is alot more sad than it will ever be impressive.

There will always be black trash just like there will always be white trash. You're going to have to separate yourselves from the trash if you truly want change.

That is all for now.
