Just like I told the music board:
It's a lot like when my little brother went through his foot-fetish phase and he was always borrowing my computer to look up foot porn. Yeah we thought about having an intervention for him but we just couldn't explain to my mother how foot-porn could be a real addiction. She just kept saying "he's not drinking or smoking the foot porn, how could he be addicted?". So in the end we didn't do any dramatic intervention or send him off to a rehab or anything but I still feel like maybe we should have. Anyway he eventually grew up and grew out of it, got a pretty nice job working for the state now. Pay isn't the greatest but the benefits are above average and you can't beat the vacation schedule.

I'm glad things worked out well for him. Foot fetishes are known as a gateway fetish. Could have been a slippery slope for him.

Ed was raised in an orphanage for part of his child hood so don't know who thinks they were done wrong. He is a self made real estate mogul. Mainly commercial . Great guy, great son etc.
Anything to the contrary is sour grapes.

Hah. I know the family. Why do you ask?
ETA: supermoto Tiger is correct. It is just their private land that they live on. Not sure why you call it a "compound."

His dad owned USA Auto. Dad goes on vacation out of the country. Signs power of attorney over to Ed.
Ed sells everything.

That's why dad should have had a better attorney write up a limited Power of Attorney. however, this all sounds like BS. What son would sell his father's business, against his wishes, while the father was out of the country?

A friend of a friend knows him. I think he has two private jets and full time pilots on standby.
So what kind of real estate does this guy own and is it just in Hammond?
