72...no retirement...no job but rather profession.

Retired. In retirement every night is like Friday night and every day is like Saturday.

Semi retired at 54.
Will always work a little. Just not as much as I have over the years

I just retired recently at 60. Still have 2 kids at home so just as busy as before, but really nice knowing I don't have to put up with crap at work anymore and still getting a check.

Retired last December at 53. Now a full-time cattle rancher and that keeps me happy and busy.

I'll be retired soon at 45. I'll have plenty to keep busy w kids still in elementary school and looking forward to actually having time to pursue hobbies and volunteer while still relatively young.

Retired and don't miss work. I saved a pot load of money so that helps. I stay busy but I have a bad neck now so there's that. Interestingly, you do start to see things moving to a final place. It may be years from now but it's best to get your mind right about it.
Invariable most of us will deal with old parents in the terminal decline. That's not something I thought about as retirement approached. It's another phase of life and then some years will pass and it will be us.

Seven years left I’ll be 62 but honestly if my health is good I may go a couple more

I’ve been there. Three more years for me.

All things being equal I’m looking to retire in 8 short years at 62. So, got a bit.

I have about 18 years left in the work force

Was going to retire at 59 but back surgery put me out at 57. Went on LTD then qualified for early Medicare. Took a lump sum pension buyout. Routine usually consists of going to the gym daily for weight training, spin classes and swimming. Have to stay active and mobile or arthritis will get to me. Enjoying retirement. Am 61 now. No need to work. Was a plant Baw for 40 years.
