I’m suggesting it doesn’t matter who wins. There will always be problems with this country and one term will not straighten anything out, no matter who is in charge.
But if your land is in Mississippi, then no, I don’t think it’ll be worth much either way.

There doesn’t need to be another Trump if he drains the swamp. It’s looking more likely he’ll be successful this time around with the help from RFK and Musk.
