B, unless you're building in LP, then you have no other choice than A.

Its not just in LP. You can throw a rock at all new neighborhoods in South Louisiana and hit a house like House A.

Why do people have a hardon for brick? There's nothing wrong with brick, necessarily, but brick doesn't polish the turd that is House A.

I agree, front-facing garages look like garbage. Get a bigger lot and build a side-facing garage, you worthless poors

edit: also lol at the single window on the front of house A (not counting the door)

Anyone who picks House A is trash

Its so dumb when the garage is the whole front of the house. Alleys FTW

Drives me crazy these days how many houses are dewarfed by their garages. It looks awful.

I hate garages that face the street.

It's about being functional and not about looking good.

The small lots that developers use now only allow for front load garages unfortunately, especially in starter home neighborhoods

House A is a nightmare. Cookie cutter to the extreme. Front facing garages are trashy in Louisiana. Necessary evil in other settings.

House B looks a lot better but where da frick do you park? I hope it's in an urban setting because I can't imagine parking away from the house in the burbs.

This.. I think to some a brick house is some type of status symbol.
