An angry elephant that's escaped its cage would be bar none, the most dangerous and destructive. But that's not a given so we cant' choose that.
Hippos I don't picture really trying to leave their enclosures very much and leave water to go walking around concrete paths.
Big cats can be dangerous (people seem also to have forgot about leopards and panthers) and could easily kill people but like all predators, they are risk adverse and stealthy.
I'm going to have to go with a t-Rex followed by a chimp

Don't think they would do much damage on dry land.
However, they are probably the smartest predator on the planet.

Cheetah or elephant.
Gotta think of those animals with velociraptor tendencies.

Then you’re ignorant or stupid.
You said Hippos are teorritorial, which they are
Well, if his gate is left open, no other animals are going to come into his territory, so I dont exactly see how is territorial nature comes into play
Also, if he chooses to walk out of his enclosure, he still isnt going to have the agility to get into the other enclosures anyway
So sir, you are the ignorant one, not chad

You don't want to be around a pissed off hippo.

You don't want to be around a pissed off hippo.
The other animals arent going to be able to get into the hippos enclosure, and I dont see the hippo managing nor caring to get into theirs

A cheetah?
Some keepers will get in the pen with them!
You could choose lions, tigers, leopards, and jaguars, and you nominate a cheetah?
Come on, man.

Aren’t hippos the deadliest animals as far as killing humans?
Not even close.
