Which dealership has the worst service department ?

Bill Hood Nissian in Hammond has the worst I've ever seen. My wife recently brought a new automobile from this place and she got the package with free oil changes. The last I came it took 4 hours. I asked the manager , why did it take so long as I was here first ... He gave some BS answer about their computers were down, what does that have to do with an oil change Today I dropped it off at 7:30am and got my wife to pick me up. I just got her to drop me back off and of course 4 hours later they haven't even taken it back yet. I asked the manager what the Hell? Well since you said you were dropping off we try and get the people that wait out first

You're not revenue to the service department. Prolly pushing you off for paying customers. You need to talk to the sales manager or general manager.

Brian Harris body shop. Most frustrating car repair experience I've had. My car still doesn't drive right.

Gerry Lane took 3 weeks to fix my truck and lied to me about the warranty covering everything. Had to pay $590 out of pocket. Never doing business with them again. Pretty sad because my family used to buy every car there growing up.

LT I think you are right. I told the service manager that exact same statement. ... He denied it of course

Get with Will Cover. He was at one that had a couple of dirty ceiling tiles yesterday.

Did you need the car for those four hours?

Yep, Salisbury's Dodge City getting my 2009 Ram fixed many times. That place is a complete shite show. I think they got their interior design tips from a medicaid clinic.

In the RV classification -- easily has to be Paw Paw's Camper City in Picayune, MS. Always expect to have your RV sitting for 3 months minimum for minor repair work, sometimes longer sit if repairs covered by warranties

Sorry to hear this because we are going to have to contact them on Monday about my daughter's Rogue. Have learned through research that it is probably CVT causing lack of acceleration and that this has been such a problem that Nissan extended the warranty.

You are looking at it all wrong. Just focus on the $20 bucks you saved by sitting there all day in stead of taking it somewhere else or just doing it yourself
